    Most Lexmark printers has to be brought in to us for repair to be covered under warranty.  Please call us at 859.381.0018 to see if your machine is one of them. Due to Lexmark Warranty Policy you must have proof of purchase to be covered under warranty.  It does not have to be the original copy.

    For Hewlett Packard DeskJet 610CL and 611 under warranty has to be sent off to Hewlett Packard.  You will receive an upgrade from the one you have for FREE.  (Please note:  It depends on the situation though.)

    For all Hewlett Packard Printers that are 900 Serious has to go to Hewlett Packard.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact us at 859.381.0018

    On Hewlett Packard Printers that are under warranty and needs to be clean is NOT covered under warranty, but if you send it to Hewlett Packard it will be covered under warranty.  But you will be without a printer for a few days, or a couple of weeks

    Effective July 1st, 2000, our new rates for repair labor will be as follows:
    • On-Site Service Repair (per hour, 1 hour min) . . . . . . .      $90.00
    • In-Shop Service Repair (per hour, 1 hour min) . . . . . . .      $65.00
    • Diagnostic Fee (if repair diagnostic fee is refused) . . .         $35.00

    But, as of now our rates for Service Repair are:

    • On-Site Service Repair (per hour, 1 hour min) . . . . . . .      $80.00
    • In-Shop Service Repair (per hour, 1 hour min) . . . . . . .      $85.00
    • Diagnostic Fee (if repair diagnostic fee is refused) . . .         $35.00

The new rates will be reflected on the FAQ page and the News page of our website as of July 1st, 2000.

This is a modest increase from our previous rates and is necessary to offset increasing costs.  Of particular     concern are the higher prices of quality repair parts and the continuing increase of fuel prices.  And in our  on-site type of business, fuel costs contribute substantially to our overall business expenses.
