First, Clay's Printer Repair, Inc. is an authorized dealer and warranty center for the major manufactures Lexmark, Hewlett Packard, Epson, and Okidata.  You might ask what is authorized dealer and warranty center?
What does it mean to be an authorized dealer and warranty center? Clay's Printer Repair, Inc. is a TRULY Certified Service Center that has the privilege to service Lexmark, Hewlett Packard, and Okidata products.  If there is a problem, we can contact the manufacturer and receive tech. support to fix your product correctly, if we can not fix it on our own.  Plus, we are certified in each specific model of printer, or fax.  With warranty center, it just mean that we can work on your machine under warranty, if it's still in it's warranty contract

	Walk-in Repairs
	Our Walk-in Repair Services is most common.  Our Company can work on most any printer or fax machine for Hewlett Packard and Okidata.  Our goal is to have you back up and running in 24 hours.  We believe that time is important and for businesses,  printer down time can actually cost you more than the repair.  We want to provide you with the best customer service in the industry
	On-Site Repairs
	Our On-Site Repair Service is not only for contracts it's also for the average person. Why choose On-Site repair?  So that your business will not suffer down time.  Our technician will come to your location and fix your machine right there.  So, there is really no wait for the machine to be delivered, or picked up.
	Emergency Printer Repair
	Clay's Printer Repair, Inc. gives you access to immediate response.  Just fill out the form on our "Emergency Printer Repair" web page and click the "Submit" button. Your request will be transmitted to us wherever we are and we will get back to you ASAP, usually within minutes of your request.
	Warranty Service and Checks

	Pick-up & Delivery Service
	We will come  to your location to pick up and deliver your machine.  So, you don't have to come out and fight the crazy traffic and lose time on your work.  In just a few days and maybe the same day you will have your machine opeational again.  It just depends on the problem.
	Printer & Fax Rentals
	We have rentals available.  We provide Hewlett Packard OfficeJet Faxes.  Printer rentals range from Okidata, Lexmark, Epson, and Hewlett Packard.  Please call us to see what we have in stock for your specific needs.
	Machines and Accessories for SALE
	We sell printers, fax machines, and accessories.  CPR sells Hewlett Packard, Lexmark, and Okidata.  We sell both new and reconditioned printers.  Currently, we have some reconditioned Epson DFX5000 and DFX8000  printers on hand.  If you need a reliable, high-speed impact printer at a reasonable price, these are for you.
